Company PF Transfer To PPF

Can we transfer PF amount (Company) to PPF account(Personal)

You have not mentioned the reason for such transfer. If the reason is mentioned proper reply could be given. As far as the rule position is concerned, Para 57of the EPF Scheme deals with transfer of EPF amounts. It does not provide for transfer of EPF amount to PPF account.

I want to do investment and applying for PF dept for withdrawl of PF and transfet it will take long time............. or don't know when we will get the money.......
So can you please suggest.

From your mail it appears that you are working in the same establishment now from where you want to 'transfer' your EPF assets to PPF. If that be so, it is not possible under the rules. Transfer is possible only when you leave one establishment and join another. Secondly, withdrawal from EPF is allowed under certain specific circumstances only. As the name itself indicates the fund is meant to stand you in good stead in times of providence. It cannot be allowed for making investments. You can withdraw for meeting expenses connected with medical treatment, building house etc. Not for investing. That is not catered for in the rules.
