Stuck in Finance? Seeking Certification Advice for a Career Shift to HR

Hello All, I am an MBA in Finance currently working with a top IT MNC as a Business Analyst for 2.5 years. I would like to make a transition in my career and move to a suitable human resource role. I have tried switching my role in my company, but due to my educational background in Finance and experience in a non-human resource field, I am not getting any opportunities. Could you all please suggest a few certification courses I can undertake to enhance my skill set?

If you have good experience and qualifications in HR, then certification in the SAP HR module will surely benefit you. Additionally, many companies are now using advanced payroll and HR software to streamline their HR processes. Thank you for your response. However, as mentioned in my query, I have no experience in HR. I am looking to transition into that field. Given that I have an MBA in Finance and have studied HR as a subject during my MBA, pursuing another MBA in HR would be pointless.
