Stephanie - HRM
I need to create a new title grading structure for my organization. I am unable to find anything online regarding the hierarchy of names such as:

1. Employee
2. Supervisor
3. Coordinator

Title Grading for Junior Employees in Customer Services

- 0-3 years exp. - Customer Services Employee
- 3-5 years exp. - Customer Services ______?
- 5-7 years exp. - Customer Services ______?

Please assist.

Thank you, Harsh. I have done so. However, I cannot tell which title is higher than which. There isn't much explanation on the terms. I mean, is "Executive" higher than "Coordinator"? Is "Coordinator" before "Supervisor" or is it higher? If I have an "Operations employee," how does his/her job title level become? Is it: 1- Operations employee, then 2- Operations Executive, 3- Operations Coordinator, 4- Operations Supervisor, and so on? I am having a really hard time determining which level comes after which. I appreciate your help.
