I am supposed to do a presentation on Telephone Etiquette and was in the middle of preparation when I was lucky to come across your presentation. It is nice. I think it would be really nice if we include a few things as well (which I am doing for my presentation):

1. Introducing the Communication Framework (Sender - Receiver - Medium, and where telephone belongs).
2. Importance of Telephone
(The role of the telephone in business, the growth of usage (approximately 95% of business transactions happen through the phone, and more than 100 million business calls are made each day), and how important it has become in business; the outcome if it's misused, etc. This is to ensure that participants understand the importance).
3. Then the techniques, which you have covered comprehensively.

These are a few thoughts from me. Once again, thank you for sharing your PPT, which is really valuable.
