I work in a small housekeeping organization where the finance and HR departments are situated together. I have been with the company since May 2010. I started as an accounts trainee and was later promoted to the Head of the Accounts Department. Recently, our HR manager left in April 2013, and I have been appointed as the Manager of both the Accounts and HR departments. In this role, I oversee accounts finalization and manage the HR team.

Having worked here for a significant period, I have gained some knowledge about HR practices. I am thrilled about my recent promotion. Since our work involves labor management, I am eager to enhance my understanding of legal issues concerning employee salaries. While I have a basic understanding of compliance with the Minimum Wages Act and employee benefits, I aim to further my professional development in recruitment and legal salary compliance, including paid leave and gratuity.
