As gone through various inputs given by seniors , thanks a lot for your valuable knowledge sharing ..but is it mandatory to give hike in the salary packages if we reviewed performance quarterly basis.

I think the ESIC contribution periods are apr-sep and oct-mar this is also one of the reason , and another reason is financial year starts from apr1 so
