PF Withdrawl Form - Pf Withdrawal

I have worked with one company of pune for 4 months and suddenly change the Job to New company in Gurgaon without any intimation and releiving process.
Now I want to withdrawl My PF amount from my Pune company .I have Intimate several times to my Pune Compnay HR but they are not responding.
Please solve my queries.
1. whether can I transfer my Pune PF account to Gurgaon PF account
then is it posible. which form no is required for the transfering process.
2. Can I download directly the form with Internets.

You can get your PF amount transferred and for that according to me you Form-13(Cross check it once in the website).

Sure u can withdraw your pf accumulations or it can be transfered!
Ideally I suggest you to Transfer it to your new account!
Plz fill form No 13 and should be duly attested by your current employer.
If you know your name of the previous company & PF account No you can apply from your PF itself!
It will take atleast 3 months for transfer process!

Dear Deepak
No withdrawal of EPF is not possible as it requires minimum completed service of 6 months. However through Form 13 you can get your EPF transferred.

Hi my sister was working with Ominia BPO for 6 to 7Month & now she is in Yatra.Com.
Now she having also same problem reg. PF.
So pls suggest how she can get her all PF. is there is any process....that she can get her PF in current PF account number which she is using right now.

yes Your Sister Can Transfer The Amount Of P.f From Previous P.f A/c No To New P.f A/c No. For That She Has To Fill Up Form No-13 Under Pf Act But She Has To Know Her Previous P.f No.the Form Should Be Attested By The Current Employer.
