Dear All, I am Sudhir Kasana. I am running my own placement consultancy. There are certain problems related to lineups and production that I am facing nowadays. Essentially, I have many companies to work with, but my team is not able to perform on those profiles smoothly.

Kindly give me some effective suggestions so that I can run my business smoothly.

The best way to handle such situations is to tie up with like-minded companies who can work with you on a profit-sharing basis, i.e., if you don't wish to lose the client(s). Quite often, agencies let go of clients in domains/sectors that they aren't comfortable handling/servicing.

Let's face it - at the end of the day, no single entity can be a master of all trades in today's world. The world operates in such a focused/specialized manner that even a skill/area that was pretty broad and common until a few years ago is now segregated into multiple highly specialized sub-skills and super-skills. This situation may not permit the cost-benefit ratios to be productive for agencies in the short/medium perspectives, even if you were to hire recruiters who have handled such areas/sectors earlier.
