Choosing the Right University for Distance PGDHRM: IGNOU or Symbiosis? Seeking Guidance

Dear Seniors, I have planned to pursue a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources through distance learning. Kindly advise on which university certificate holds more validity, as I intend to pursue this through correspondence. Some say IGNOU, while others suggest Symbiosis, etc. I need proper guidance.

I would say Symbiosis is better than IGNOU. I am also doing a PGDM from Symbiosis Distance Learning Centre. They provide good online support to students, and the most important thing is that there is a lot of flexibility for online examinations. You may choose any examination centre and date of examination. Symbiosis has a good reputation in the industry. If you are working while pursuing your distance learning course and don't have time to take exams, you may complete your exam within the next 4 days from the date of admission.
