Need Clear Understanding Of The PF ESIC Rules.

Whether the basic is 6500 or not if the employee exceeds 20 + 1 (MD / proprietor) we have to deduct pf and esi. Now ESI limit will be increased to Rs.25k. GO is expected at any time and its discussion. For PF and ESI is the statutory for the organisation and we can save the employees family in case of death claim

Can anyone inform us what is the effective date for applicability of ESIC limit of Rs.25000 ?
