Company Deducts Bonus Every Month And Gives It In Bulk!

Dear all,
Hi, my name is Shravya. I recently learnt from a friend of mine that her company deducts Bonus every month from their salary and give it in the month of October without any interest on it.
Basically it is taking your own money every month and giving the same back to you later.
Is it the right practice to follow?
Pls let me know that.

CTC means not the gross pay. It is the total compensation paid to the employee by the employer. It includes Bonus, Gratuity, ESI & PF contributions of both EE & ER and all other allowances.
Many of the organisations follow this practice.
