How to Explain Your Job Change in Interviews Without Sounding Negative?

As I am working in a construction company in Oman, I am willing to change my company due to low salary, poor management, and facilities provided. Whenever I attend an interview, they ask the reason for a job change. Please help me with how I can answer them in a genuine way that does not come across as negative.
