Answer For Interviewer- Reason For A Change Of JOB

Dear Friends,
As i am working in a construction company in Oman, I am willing to change my company due to low salary and poor management and facilities provided. Whenever i attend a Interview, they ask reason for a JOB change. Please help me how can i answer them which should be genuine and should not look negative.

Simply say 'Career growth'.
this word includes lot of meaning like good job profile, salary hike, better work environment, designation hike etc.
