Dear Senior,
I have been working as a Product and Behavioral Trainer for NMC for the past three years. My job profile involves training users on existing products and behavioral topics within the West Region, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa.
Recently, there has been a restructuring in the training department, and I have been promoted to a new role. I am now tasked with creating and training trainers on new modules for behavioral training at a Pan India level. This new role also involves coordinating with supervisors, establishing partnerships with training institutes/colleges across India, and conducting testing for new products/enhancements.
While I am excited about this new job role, I am not entirely satisfied with the designation label of "Training Coordinator." I am seeking your guidance and assistance on this matter.
With kind regards,
Shabnam
