An assessor plays a pivotal role in undertaking assessment of talent and ensuring these assessments are conducted in a fair, objective and unbiased manner. • Insights into the usage of psychometric tools for enabling comprehensive assessment and feedback
• Live assessment center simulation comprising of BEI, group activities, role-play, case studies followed by moderated discussions
• Providing constructive assessment feedback to participants & Creating Individual Development Plan
• Every participant will get his self-assessment psychometric ACE report (Behavioral, Cognitive & Emotional Intelligence)
