I would like to know that overtime is to be consider for the deduction of Profession Tax under Gujarat State Professional Tax Act 1976.

Dear parimal
Professional Tax is always deducted on gross salary. Gross salary is arised included overtime and all other allowances.
only professional Tax slab varies from state to state.
