Please suggest the legal course of action. One person has a total of 10 years of experience. He has been working for the last 3 years in a company as the HR & Admin Head. Due to internal politics over the last 2-3 months, he has not been given any responsibilities. All HR-related work is directly assigned to juniors. He arrives and leaves the office on time but doesn't have any work except having tea. He has done a lot for the company and worked very truly and faithfully. Now, due to this problem, he is suffering from depression and other diseases and feels helpless. He is now a patient of high blood pressure, depression, and many other conditions.
