Should I Ask My Company or ESIC for My Maternity Leave Arrears from April to June 2013?

I'm working with a private limited company under the ESIC salary slab. I was on maternity leave from 1st April to 30th June '13. As per the yearly performance appraisal in April 2013, actual arrears were paid in August '13 to employees for the period April to August '13, except for myself because, according to the company's attendance records, I was on leave, and the salary payment for the maternity leave period is done through ESIC.

Please advise if I should approach the company for the arrears amount of the increment for the period April to June '13 or from ESIC.

You have to approach the company only. ESIC has nothing to do with this except to pay you the maternity benefit.
