Role Of Hr Manager In Automobile Sectors.

I have done my MBA in HR and now i am searching for the job.I got the opportunity to work as a Hr Executive in Automobile Sector.I wanted to know the JD of hr in this sector.please suggest me.

See, we all are HR personnel. Whether we opt any industry, our most of the work functions are same. Yes it is true that the way and system is different from industry to industry. Here what I suggest you to grab the opportunity whatever you are having and try to enhance your knowledge and learn new things. In Automobile sector, you will have profile of PF, ESIC, Payroll, T&D, PMS etc......
