ESIC Online Payment Problem, Balance Deducted No Challan

Dear Sir,
I have made an esic payment against my organization. unfortunately after payment, the page got freeze and after long time not solved & no challan generated. unfortunately I didnt note the challan number as every time I pay, no problem arises, but today problem occurred. Kindly suggest me what to do?

Pl go to modify challan and opt the month during which you have generated the challan .......then u can find the details of ur challan details.....from there ahain u can take the challan print......

In modify challan its not showing for the month of failed transaction, there is no challan number with me, Shall the esic office give me the challan if I show them the transaction details to him, kindly suggest.

First please let me know the period of payment? and when you had paid.
Second: In this regards have you informed/communicate to ESIC department?
Third : Have you try to Generate new challan copy for the same period.
Once again please check with the bank payment details and compile with your challan details.
Please let me know the status of first three point after then
i will give you one time end to end complete solution.

Goto this link ---> https://www.esic.in/ESICInsurance1/R.../eChallan.aspx and enter your Employer code and the Captcha code displayed. Then click on Search button. You can get your challan number along with payment details if transaction is successfull.

I have generated challat at esic site i have got the generated challan number ,but due to bad net connection the sit crashed and now its telling that i have generated challan but i have not paid it...plz advise me how can i be able to pay the challan..plz its urgent..
