I can try it for you but I need some additional information. The Y-axis will be different IT technologies, I want the know the X-axis that you are expecting. I meant to say what are do you need ?

In the Y- Axis Technologies and X- Axis will be employee names and their experience level like as (>1, 1-3, 3-5, 5<)...
Else give me some other suggestion please....

Hi firend,
I have compiled an Excel sheet which is a rough draft and need to be enhance further as I am short of time that too on Openoffice.. :P. I have covert many things but its obvious that I might have missed out many. You can just keep of adding to this sheet. Let me know if this is helpful.
Most of the technologies/skills are from a software developer point of view.
