Offer Letter Without Interview.

Hi
I want to send a few offer letters to the talent accross interview.
They have never been for an interview to my company. Want to offer them directly because they are the best in the industry.
Need a format for this letter.
Mahr
Hi,
First, are you considering these candidates based on their academics? There is no difference in offer letter, unless you need to mention some specific clauses. Also please use the Find Information tab, as you will find load of sample information.

I would suggest this is not a good way to recruit staff.
To minimise any risk to your company, you should follow an established Recruitment and Selection process to ensure you get the best candidates for the position.
Without interviewing these people, you do not know if they have the skills and experience you need, the ability to do the job, or the temperament and ability to fit in with your current staff.
Hiring of staff is an expensive process. Make a mistake and hire the wrong person and your costs then skyrocket, with loss of productivity, damage to company reputation, effect on staff morale, and additional cost to employ someone else.
I would think this through very carefully.

Yes it would be very risky to hire a person without conducting interview. It will more effect to the organisation's image.
HR4NATION
This is not the right strategy to hire people.
Pros
None
Cons
1. The candidates to whom the offer has been made can sue you for offering a job, which they never applied
2. Even if you send offers to 100, only 2 or 3 would join . If I were to receive an offer letter without applying for a job , I would consider it a prank, if not fraud
3. The incoming employee may not fit into your company's expectation
4. Your own company management could question you at a later date for having hired people without interview.
5. It will affect your company's image very badly
