Hey Shalini,

I have heard a lot about the Steel City. In fact, my friend had been there for a project and was gaga about the city. Apparently, the crime rate is also very low. But I guess a major part of the city's success is owed to its citizens as there is a lot of awareness about cleanliness and other kinds of social issues. I would love to visit that place someday but until such time, cheers to citizens like you.
