Diesel Generator - NOC - Factory Premises

Dear Seniors,

DG ( Diesel Generator ) installed in Factory. Who is authority to avail NOC / permission to install DG ( Facory Office / MPCB Office / Electricity Office )?

The authority to approve permission for Charging Transformer & DG is, " Electrical Inspector " from Industries , Energy and Labour Department, Yerwada, Pune for Pune region.

Running disel generator in a factory requires approval from authority designated by state Govt.which you can get from website.You also require to take air and water pollution consent from Pollution Control Board of your area if generater is big

Hi All,
As per Rule 47A all the installation under 10KW does not require installation certificate, but many staes in India have made amendment to this. If anyone has nay such notification . kindly provide the same.
I require the same at urgent basis. I am a Compliance Auditor and require the same to be known as a nd when i come across any issues.
