Dear Balwan, I wonder why you have left it so late when you should have known about the need to submit a project report months in advance. Please see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA Projects. The requirement of a synopsis depends upon the institution; in some places, a one-page submission will do. Have a nice weekend.
