I'm asking this for a friend of mine who is working in a Software Company in Pune. His company never relieves employees on-time after the notice period. It is a private company. HR never acknolwledges resignation letters sent to them. After notice period, employees are threatened to work and complete the current project they are working if they want to get the relieving order. My friend is seriosly looking for a new job since he is looking for better opportunities. He is really stressed about the whole relieving order and getting experience letter etc. Every single employee in that company gets relieved atleast 3-4 weeks after completing the notice period. Many times this company's employees lose the new job they get since they don't join on the joining date. Employees beg the managers and higher officials for few weeks to get relieved properly. What's the solution here ?
