I have recently joined as an HR in a company. I want to know if we still need to submit ESIC returns or not. Some people are telling me we need to submit the ESIC return, and some say not. I am very confused. Kindly help me out.
Here is a circular by ESIC which is self-explanatory. Please note that this circular, along with another one, was uploaded earlier by our members. It is important to conduct research before asking any questions. HR professionals must think at least twice before raising any issue or replying.
Thank you, Mr. Keshav Korgaonkar. However, our internal auditor is still asking for the ESIC return or proof from the ESIC authorities. Even here, the circular is available only without a signature. Is this okay?
