Organizing a Kids' Quiz at Work: Am I on the Right Track for Employee Engagement?

Dear Seniors, I am working in an Export Company as an HR Admin Assistant. I want to organize a Quiz Competition among the children of the workers/employees. Ultimately, it will encourage the children and parents. Please suggest to me if I am on the right track.

After getting your views on this topic, I will give the proposal letter to the HR Manager for implementation. I am just waiting for your suggestions.

Excellent idea; however, you need to make sure that the quizzes are not too hard or too easy. Also, there should be a way of ensuring that children do not feel useless. May we know on what topic the questions will be asked? It's possible that employees' children have access to better sources of knowledge than the workers.
