Change is the only which constantly Changing and it has to be then only new thing well come to see and new experience can be gain which be a growth sing for management as well as personal also...
like we meet many people in every movement of life and we get some new and different experience of life being with them though we are intouch for sometime...
that's why Change has to be Changing time to time...
