Concerned About TCS Offer? Will My First Job Not Being in MICA Affect My Joining?

Hi all, I have received an offer letter from TCS recently. I have worked in two companies, one year in the first company and two years in the second company. I heard from some of my friends that if my first company is not listed in MICA, then TCS might reject my joining letter. Now, my doubt is whether I should go ahead and resign from my current company or not. Please advise me on what to do.

Why not check with TCS HR themselves? What this forum thinks or suggests is not relevant for you. What TCS thinks of the situation you have will finally decide if they will accept or reject your joining. Also, please note that not all companies are registered with MCA.
