I need some help regarding the organizational structure present in retail companies like:

1. Westside
2. Shoppers Stop
3. Raymond
4. Lifestyle
5. ITC - Wills Lifestyle, John Miller, etc.
6. Madura

I do not want to know the personnel names (Mr. XYZ) at specific designations. Basically, I want to know what the organizational structure looks like. We are in the process of entering into retail and forming our organizational structure.
