1. I joined the company in 2009. Am I eligible for monthly pension?
2. What are the rules for pension?
3. I heard that if the membership is less than 6 months, then employer contribution is not applicable. Is it correct?

Yes, you are eligible for the pension if PF is deducted from your salary. If the employee leaves before six months of service, then he is not eligible for the pension.
