You need to visit the Employment Exchange office. There is always a job fair for two days a week for 10th, 12th, or ITI people, depending on the qualification requirement you are looking for. After visiting, you will need to submit the application for the requirement in their format. They will then send you a list containing the details of candidates.
Once people join your organization, you will need to submit the EPP 1 form to the Employment Exchange, notifying them of the candidates you have selected and who have joined. Subsequently, you will need to submit the EPP 2 form to claim the stipend you have given to the employees.
