Local Conveyance Policy

Dear Members
My organization is looking to revise the rates for Local Conveyance, as the current policy is not inline with the fuel prices.
Would request HR fraternity members to kindly share the current conveyance policy in your organization mainly Mechanical, Software like a Tech Centre.

Dear Ms. Sangeetha
Instead of mentioning the fixed conveyance allowances why can't you derive something calculation for Fuel Price, Distance & type of vehicle.
For example
For Car Fuel price X 0.12 X KM
For Byke Fuel price X 0.047 X KM
You can change the multiplying factor as you required
