Thanks, Sriram, for your reply. As discussed in my thread, please send me an Excel sheet on how to prepare a recruitment budget and what heads should be included. I have prepared a manpower budget where I have included current strength and proposed strength for each group of companies in the current financial year. I require a sample recruitment budget sheet prepared for any company.
