Dear Seniors,
My name is Jyoti. I'm from Jamshedpur and completed an MBA in HR and Finance in 2008. However, I have not been able to find a job in the HR domain yet. I would like to ask all seniors for advice on how I could restart my career in HR. There have been several reasons for this gap in my career, including my personal interest in a government job. In August 2010, I worked as a lecturer until March 2011. Due to a family mishap and my developing back problem, I faced personal challenges in 2011. I am currently well and eager to reenter the HR field.
During 2012, when I felt better, I pursued a three-month SAP training in HR and even went to Delhi for a job search. However, in October 2012, I encountered similar issues and returned home. Now that I am in good health, I am keen to restart my career in HR. I am looking for guidance on any courses or specific areas to start with, as I wish to avoid returning to the teaching field.
