We want to find good candidates while minimizing costs for the company.

Options for Hiring Efficiently

To my knowledge, I have three options: using social and professional websites, purchasing a database package, or hiring a consultant for recruitment. Consultant fees are high, and job portals' data are not providing accurate candidate matches. The last option is posting the job description on various websites, but here lies the issue of receiving a limited number of applications.

Overall, I am in a confusing situation where I am struggling to understand the most efficient approach for our growing company with a limited budget.

The best solution is to create your database of institutes and go for campus recruitment. Several institutes complain that their placements are not done. You will have a very good choice, and moreover, you can also take assistance from the faculties of the institutes/colleges to seek feedback from the shortlisted candidates regarding their behavior, strengths, and weaknesses.
