Documents Required For New Building Approval

Dear Sir,
Greetings of the day.
We are in process for our factory expansion in this year end. Our management have told me to collect all the required documents & information that is required for getting the permission for our new factory extension. We are going to extend in our same premises. We are going to construct a new assembly shop which is required for auto industry
Kindly let me know the documents required to apply for further extension. As per my information, the requisite application is to be given to the Factory Inspector (Pune) for starting the procedure. But I could not collect the information about the documents required for the same.
Please let me know the total information & documents required for applying & getting the permission for new factory expansion.

You can see the details in Factory Rules 1952 of the area for which you wish to get building plans approved.
You may have brief from rule 3 of Punjab Factory Rules, 1952.
I brief you: Building Plan with stability Certificate of competent person, detailed application in Form 1, reply to questions in Annexure to Form I There may be some other requirements as per requirement of Rules of the State concerned.
