Epf Required For Less Than 20 Employees?

I read somewhere that it is needed for more than 20 employees. I will not have 20 employees initially. Do I still need this ??

Dear Dipti Srivastava,
20 is the number of employees for statutory obligation to register with EPF. If employer and employee wish, it is not mandatory for PF remittance.
