Understanding Section 7A of the PF and MP Act

If you are talking about Section 7A of the PF and MP Act, it authorizes the EPF Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, or Assistant Commissioner to determine the money due from the employer by order in case of any dispute. It determines the applicability of this Act and the dues.
