I am a student of PGDBM in HR. We have been assigned a project in which we have to explain how a manager could be made bulletproof using problem-solving skills. A manager needs to handle a situation in which a problem has arisen and requires a step-by-step process to solve it in a cool and calm manner without getting frustrated. The manager should be very cautious in a problematic situation. Please help me improve my managerial skills in problem-solving.

Please follow a decision-making process (including a decision-making tree). This will help you filter your decisions at every step. By doing so, you will become aware of both the positive and negative aspects of the decisions made for a particular problem. After this process, whatever decision you make would be the best.
