Change Of Nominee Name In ESIC Benefits

Dear All,
Greetings for the day,
I got one case in my company. there is one operator at the time of registration in ESIC his parents died earlier, and he was living with his two elder brothers and that time he is not married, So I made his nominee to one of his elder brother. Now he is married, and as per the rule of ESIC that siblings can not be your nominee after marriage so how can I change his nominee person in ESIC now If is it possible than what is the procedure?
If any body by mistake fill a wrong person in nominee and he wants to change it in future than is it possible if yes than what is the procedure?

How the isue of nomination arises with regad to ESI benfits for male insured person and please cite the rule which says that siblings cannot be nominated after marriage.

we can add two persons in epf nominee, but we can't change again
nominee details .this is only one time option only.
