Can a New HR Sign Old Company Documents for Employees in a Startup? Seeking Advice!

Please let me know if a new HR can sign the company's old document that is to be given to the employee. As it is a startup company, the entrepreneur did not provide salary slips to employees. Hoping for help.

If the document does not contain any legal or statutory requirements, then there is no harm in signing a payslip that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. However, why do employees need old payslips? If, in specific cases, they are required, you can provide the current payslips accordingly.
