Myself mrinal,i worked as a trainee in hr department.....i want to know about half yearly return and annual return... could any one help me out .....

It is a factory in which medicines are manufactured.....kindly tell me about half yearly return and annual return....actually i dont know about this return so its creating problem for me to understand.....
