Procedure To Change The Department Of An Employee

Post: what is the procedure to change the department of an empolyee weathr we have discribe that when ever we can change their dept as per need in their probhation letter. but legally how can be it done

What departmental change you required, please explain it further so that member can understand your query well and give you responses accordingly
Second, change in department depending on the work functions and related things.

You would need to issue a letter stating that the employee name performance was satisfactory in the probation period therefore your dept. is changed to abc dept. and designation will be xyz.
attached the new salary structure and get signed from employee as well as authority after that you can change the dept.

You are required to issue a letter stating that the employee name performance was not satisfactory in the probation period therefore your dept. is changed to abc dept. and designation will be xyz.
attached the new salary structure and get signed from employee as well as authority after that you keep that original copy and give another copy of same document to employee.
