What is the procedure to change the department of an employee? We have stated that we can change their department as needed in their probation letter. But legally, how can it be done?

Therefore, your department is changed to ABC Department, and the designation will be XYZ. Attached is the new salary structure, which needs to be signed by the employee as well as the authority.
