The topic of my project is "A Study on Employee Satisfaction and Performance in Univercell Retail Stores in Tamil Nadu." Can anyone help me in obtaining a questionnaire for measuring employee satisfaction in retail stores? I have identified specific parameters to gauge job satisfaction, including job role, task significance, task analysis, autonomy, and feedback. Based on these criteria, I will assess the job satisfaction levels of employees and examine how employers (store managers) evaluate employee performance. I kindly request assistance from anyone who can support me in this endeavor.

You can refer to a book - "Training Instruments in OD & HRD" by Udai Pareek. It has a questionnaire on Job Satisfaction. The book also guides on how to measure the levels of satisfaction.
