You can refer to a book - Training Instruments in OD & HRD by Udai Pareek. It has a questionnair on Job Satisfaction. The book also guide on how to measure the levels of satisfaction

hello guys im looking for a reliable and valid questionnaire on job satisfaction any ideas?i have made a research to find the Job Descriptive Index (JDI) created by Smith Kendall, & Hulin (1969) with no luck...could anyone help me to find this one or another reliable ?thankuuuuuuuuuuu

hello every one !!!!
I m student of MBA, i joined a comp. for summer training, they gave me the project on employee retention, i have to create a questionnaire for present as well as for former employees and contact them why they left the comp.. Can anybody help me out ?? what should I do and what should I put in questionnaire for present and former employees
