For Power based company the minimum employees require for deducting ESIC is 10 Employees and Non - Power based organisation is 20 Employees.
The ESIC is deducted on the Gross salary and the ceiling is employees who's gross salary is less than or equal to Rs.15,000.00. Above Gross Rs.15000.00 are not eligible for deduction of ESIC.
