Stop Transfer Request Letter

Dear Seniors, Please help me.
How to write a impressive stop transfer request letter,because i am transferred but i don't want to go there i have joined this organisation 4 years back that time i choose this place.
but now they are saying that they are having my requirement over there,so now what should i do how to write a stop transfer request a request letter.now I have 1 month baby, i m only son if i transfer, nobody cares my parents dey are so old, please help me.

You may simply request the authority explaning them about your parents problem in a letter or by email i think if they find it genuine they will think of it. there is nothing to impress them if it is a genuine matter.
