In the steel industry, review the contents of the HSE plan, then assess the types of activities that are performed. Measure the severity and rate accordingly. Check the standard operating procedures (SOP) from the engineering department. Prepare a Risk Assessment (RA). Based on the RA, document the entire process to show activity-wise clarity. Get it approved and determine the team size needed for implementation. Ensure regular monitoring and make changes if necessary, communicating with management beforehand.
