Navigating PF Withdrawal from Employer Trust After Leaving Without Notice: What Challenges to Expect?

Hi, I just submitted my resignation letter to my previous employer and left the company without serving the notice period as I needed to join a new company. However, I was later terminated on the grounds of absconding. I now wish to withdraw my PF balance. The previous employer manages their own PF Trust. Could you please explain the procedure to me and also highlight any potential difficulties I may encounter?

Which form would I need to collect from them? I already have Form 16.

Hi, for withdrawal, you need to have Form 10C and Form 19 with two revenue stamps and a cancelled cheque.
