Legal Implications of Providing Official Documents to Employees
I am working in a manufacturing company where we have employees such as workers, helpers, and technicians. However, we don't provide any official documents to them. I would like to know if we might face any legal issues if we start providing them with appointment letters, confirmation letters, salary slips, etc.
